This is how to find all the hidden 1-ups on jet pack adventure.
There are no 1-ups on level 1
Level 2
Right at the beginning of the level, fly straight up and dodge the windmills. Keep flying at the top till you get the 1-up.
Level 3
When you get the top of the tree near the end of the level, fly left to find the 1-up in a windmill.
Level 4
When you see the landing sign, fly in the pit just to the left of it to find the 1-up
Level 5
Stay near the right side of the big pit. When you see a spot to fly more left, go in there to find the 1-up
When you beat level 5, you see a picture that looks kind of like this
Also if you beat the game with getting no coins or extra fuel, you will get 1000 coins!

The only money cheats there are, are money cheats that are hacks, and you can get banned for that
At the end of the level, you have to have 0 points for fuel bonus, and not collect any coins while you are flying
